As we progress through the year, we are faced with the constant struggle of a work/life balance. We always feel like we are being pulled in one direction or the other, a bit like an eternal tug of war.
The Scots have an answer for this! They have a 200-year tradition in the town of Braemar where they literally pull each other one way or the other in a tug of war competition. Every year on the first Saturday of September, people flock to the village to see which side will win.
Thankfully, you don’t have to go all the way to Scotland to solve this eternal battle of the work life balance. You can solve it right here at home by taking the time to plan and achieve that balance on your own.
